Outbound Medical Appointment Scheduling


Job Description:

Connect with patients to assist in scheduling in-home or telehealth wellness visits. You’ll make outbound calls, explain the benefits of preventive care, and help members find convenient appointment times. This role is a good fit for those with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide conversations while keeping members engaged.

What You Would Be Providing To The Client:

  • Proactive outbound outreach to patients to schedule in-home or telehealth wellness visits

  • Clear, friendly explanations of preventive care services and their benefits

  • Appointment coordination that aligns with patient availability and preferences

  • Empathetic, engaging conversations that build trust and encourage participation

  • Accurate documentation of scheduling details and call outcomes in client systems

  • A positive patient experience that supports care access, engagement, and program success

Agent Qualifications:

  • Be 18 or older

  • Pass a background check

  • Have high speed internet

  • All applicants will need a quiet workspace

  • Noise cancelling headset with mic or be willing to purchase one

  • Have your own computer or laptop with minimum of Windows 11 System

Client Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to patients to schedule in-home or telehealth wellness visits

  • Explain preventive care services and program benefits in a clear, engaging manner

  • Confirm patient eligibility, availability, and preferred appointment times

  • Schedule, reschedule, or update appointments accurately in client systems

  • Maintain empathetic, professional communication to keep patients engaged

  • Document call outcomes, notes, and appointment details thoroughly and accurately

  • Follow all client guidelines, privacy standards, and call procedures

13.50 - 17.00 USD/Hour + client offered incentives
