Healthcare Transport Coordiantor

Job Description:

Support patients by scheduling and managing non-emergency medical transportation. You’ll ensure members get to important appointments safely and on time by assisting with ride bookings, verifying eligibility, and resolving trip issues. Strong attention to detail and empathy are key, making this role a great fit for individuals who enjoy providing meaningful assistance in healthcare-related services.


What You Would Be Providing To The Client:

  • Assisting individuals with transportation to and from medical appointments

  • Ensuring timely transportation for those currently waiting

  • Helping resolve issues related to previous trips

  • Coordinating transportation recovery when a scheduled ride does not occur

  • Providing support with verifying or understanding eligibility for benefits

Qualifications:

  • Be 18 or older

  • Pass a background check

  • Have high speed internet

  • All applicants will need a quiet workspace

  • Noise cancelling headset with mic or be willing to purchase one

  • Have your own computer or laptop with minimum of Windows 11 System
