Spanish Speaking Cruiseline Customer Service

Role Description:

Provide exceptional customer support to English- and Spanish-speaking guests of a major cruise line. Representatives assist callers with reservations, itinerary questions, onboard services, and general travel inquiries while delivering a friendly, informative, and culturally responsive experience.

What You Would Be Providing To The Client:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in both English and Spanish

  • Assist guests with cruise reservations, booking changes, and itinerary details

  • Answer questions related to onboard amenities, excursions, dining, and policies

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive guest experience

  • Accurately document interactions and updates within client systems

  • Adhere to service standards, call procedures, and quality guidelines

Client Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems with ease

  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

This role is ideal for bilingual individuals who enjoy helping others, have a passion for travel, and want the flexibility of working remotely while supporting a global customer base.

Agent Qualifications:

  • Be 18 or older

  • Pass a background check

  • Have high speed internet

  • All applicants will need a quiet workspace

  • Noise cancelling headset with mic or be willing to purchase one

  • Have your own computer or laptop with minimum of Windows 11 System
